Tatiana’s short films and screen works have seen audiences in Australia, and overseas. In 2021 her film Amissa Anima won Best Director in Italy, Tokyo, Munich and Best Short in Athens and Canberra amongst other awards and nominations.
In 2014 she completed a Masters at the School of Film & Television Victorian College of the Arts with a narrative thriller that premiered at HollyShorts.
Screenings include MIFF, European Media Arts Festival (EMAF) 2007, Festival Court Métrange 2022, Transmediale Berlin 2002, Aspen, Palm Springs, and the Santiago Biennale 2003.

Tatiana has worked with community organisations, developing collaborative digital stories and screenings including The City of Port Phillip’s Yalukit Wilum Ngargee Festival. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Visual arts from The University of Melbourne.
Tatiana is a first generation Australian. Her parents immigrated from Poland and Ukraine after the second world war as displaced persons. Her mother and father were professional artists, classical and modern dancers, active in the pioneering years of Australian Dance and the early days of Aussie television.
